Bio
Susan graduated from UTK Knoxville with her bachelor’s in nursing and ETSU for her master’s in nursing. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to working in Gastroenterology, Susan’s extensive background included Cardiology, Critical Care, Primary Care and Trauma/General Surgery.
Susan’s love of GI began when she started to work with one of her favorite physicians and the rest is history. She specifically has in interest in inflammatory bowel disease and is passionate about caring for this patient population.
Susan enjoys time with her family, training triathlons and enjoying the outdoor activities of Knoxville and the Great Smoky Mountains.
