I have lost over 80 pounds on the Ideal Protein program. I have learned to like vegetables and different ways of cooking. A lot of my success is credit to my coach, Melissa. She has helped me understand there is an “end-game” to the diet and how I will maintain my weight loss. She coaches and educates instead of brow beating me when I slip up. We both know that when I “cheat” that I’m cheating myself and no one else. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose weight and learn to keep it off.
